How Narcissists Manipulate Others
Narcissists are often charming and socially skilled, which helps them manipulate others effectively. Their charisma makes them seem credible and even generous. By presenting logical yet emotionally charged narratives, they convince others to side with them.
To undermine you, they may distort facts, fabricate stories, or twist your past actions against you. Their ultimate goal is control, which validates their inflated self-worth.
